Crest fail to honour obligations

Crest failed to build the property to spec, causing flooding issues with improper drainage, glass which shatters in the heat and cladding which has failed fire safety requirements. All requiring significant financial input to rectify off our own back to get the building to the quality we paid for.

Area is wonderful, great transport links and shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven't really, continue to pass the buck and don't finish corrections properly.

How badly builders mis-manage service fee expectations!

Nice surrounding area

Clean and modern. There's a concierge who is very helpful. There is parking which is very useful in such a busy area. Communal spaces are clean and maintained well. The director however is okay, not too quick. For example there has been scaffolding outside for a very long time and working doesn't seem to go forward and the window cleaner leaves the windows dirty after coming to clean.

I like that the area is upmarket and the people are classy. Theres is all kinds of food right nparound the crner and the river makes it great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were well informed so there were no suprises.

What is the best feature of your home:

There is a lovely balcony with a really nice view.

Perfect location and nice building, but ongoing issues with the developer

Amazing views, some of the best in London as its on a hill. Great place to live as you're surrounded by career driven people. Modern and clean. Well finished. There's underground parking with a concierge, although guests can't use it. Guests however can park outside on a weekend. Bike storage included and a very nice community.

East putney has easy access into the city. Close to the river so nice outdoors and green spaces. Infrastrcture is quite good and good access to underground and overground

I was very suprised by the views over london, which i didn't expect

The developer fixing snags within the first year instead of letting them drag out.

Very modern close to work

Well to be completely honest with you I thoroughly enjoy living here it I am living with a friend so yeah it's been a great experience, the local area has all the shops and restaurants all at your doorstep! Not to mention the easy access into the city - where I, like many who live here, work.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What I like about this area is that it is close to the train station which gets me to work fairly quickly. Honestly there is not anything I dislike about the area... Putney is a tremendous area to live in!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be frank the one thing I wish I had known before I moved in here would be the size of the balcony.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The one thing I would personally change about my flat would have to be again as mentioned earlier the balcony.

The management fee has risen exponentially.

A problem that I have experienced living in the building is that of water leaks. The developer failed to make sure external padding was put in, which is the primary cause of these leakages. Also, the management fee has risen exponentially.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The fact that the apartment is located next to East Putney makes it easy to access other areas across London. Also the area has great restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I knew before I moved in was the high management fee.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I wouldn't change one thing about my apartment as it is all great.
