Waterman building – Greenwich Peninsula

Really love the local restaurants popping up around the peninsula.
Also the community feel in summer is amazing especially when the communal BBQs open up
The urban village Fete is also a really great experience which brings together food and music and the whole community

A very nice and quiet area to live in. Chic apartment designs and our building has many amenities which make it special. Property management is good but slow. Estate management has improved over the years.

Decent living area!

The great thing about this development is the open spaces and fresh air that comes from the abundance of greenery present. This creates a really nice atmosphere to enjoy during the warmer seasons of the year. It’s also next to the river Thames which is really nice. My dislikes with this development would have to be the constant building work going on and the lack of a good building management service.

I can’t use the major facilities
My flat is one of the biggest, lots of space
The view of Thames
Winter gets really warm
Living room is spacious
Sound proof
Some appliances were poor quality
BUILDING management take a while to fix things
Front door can open without fob system
CONCIERGE for the main building entrance is not our we have to go to a separate building for our concierge
Service charge for lift

This development overall is a lovely place to live in due to its brand new design. Having been finished very recently, the complex and general area boasts a stylish new and modern design that creates a really nice living environment. The facilities at the o2 are also amazing. The only downside to this apartment complex is the building work going on nearby which can cause a bit of noise at times.

My apartment is very spacious and gets a lot of sunlight which is nice. The windows are great and you can get really nice views being in such a fantastic location right by the river. The quality of my place is great and I don’t have any complaints.

I dislike that its segregated between areas for different people. I think the location is also great..

I dislike the fact that some areas are segregated.

Nice open spaces

My apartment is well designed as well as a decent amount of space. The finish on the floorings aren’t as good as expected and don’t transmit heat well. The view over the river that I have a quite like too.

I like that there are lots of open spaces, however I dislike that there a no amenities such as tescos and supermarkets

That they recently scrapped a develooment which would have been good to know as well as the buiding works going on

High quality spec inside , quiet area due to being up and coming, infrastructure lacking, jubilee line always busy and often delayed, lacking in good bars and restaurants, poor security in the building, 6 months without cctv

It used to e better but there are too many people. It is nice o live on the river side, the buildings are clean and I like the cycling route although I’d like them to improve it to link to cutty sark. It is very quiet here but is busy near the O2.

Parking is terrible and it is busy, not enough parking and it’s expensive to roadside park.
