The staff are like a family

The staff are like a family, so polite and helpful and willing to support the residents in anyway they can. Always smiling. They keep the building nice and clean and has a lovely home feel to it. If there are any issues then they will resolve the problems. The night staff are lovely, despite working all night are always happy and polite.

There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Gorgeous building, very spacious and location is perfect! Only 15 mins walk to the city centre, free coffee machine, cozy gym and great resident activities. Also LOVE the night staff, (Muneeb) so friendly and nice to have a chat with. So nice to see the residents pets especially the dogs and the building cat,George. 🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location, very ideal as it’s a quick walk to Cornrook tram stop and also a very nice canal walk to the city centre. The streets are rarely noisy and generally very clean. So quick to get to nice pubs and 15 min walk to town/media city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Replied within 15 minutes and dealt with the issue quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish there was a larger grocery store closer by and maybe a slightly bigger gym. The building is fully electric meaning the hot water needs to be turned on most of the time in order for the tank to stay warm which may mean your electricity bill is higher or you have a cold shower 🥲 But otherwise LOVE this place 😍

The staff are the best thing about the place! Makes it feel like a community and it’s just a wonderful place to be! Place looks lovely and so homely, we are quite high up and we have a beautiful view out the window.definitely recommend to everyone fits all ages.

Close to everywhere.in between Trafford park and town. Easy walk to either! Trams are great to get around too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anytime we need anything sorting with the flat we know the trilogy will be there for us!

Nothing negative I can say great place to live and would love to stay here for years

Lovely building and especially lovely staff, especially rocky ! Always so kind, helpful, and lovely to be around! Really love how they have a little community library and vending machine which is v useful when you don’t want to leave the building. Great how the downstairs has air con too when it’s hot in the summer.

Fab transport links being so close to a tram stop, parks, and shops. V quiet flat so barely hear the neighbours or the traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues with the flat fixed as soon as possible.

How great it is how pet friendly they are! So many sweet dogs!

The building is always kept clean and is maintained by the staff, we like the modern aspect of the building. Close to the tram stop which makes travel around Manchester easy and convenient. Front of desk staff are friendly and happy to help. Always have a catch up with lyssell.

The building is close to town so we like to walk to work or go on walks to the wharf. Restyraunts and bars to be able to have a drink, especially when the weather is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lyssell is always chasing for maintenance issues to be fixed quickly and effectively for us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The staff are always pleasant and happy to see us, the rent increase is the only thing I would say I have had a problem with.
