There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Shops are within walking distance of the properties, as is a restaurant / bar! Very conveniently located

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have had with apartment have been handled in a timely manor. Should a loss of facilities occur, a suitable alternative has been provided. Amazing service from all of the team, especially fumi who is always super helpful and a delight to speak with.

Good thing to know if they offer social in building events so it really gives a community vibe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good connectivity to tram, bus and grocery stores. Overall the area felt very safe even at nights.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management staff has been really good and they’re very friendly. All the problems that I had raised were immediately sorted whether it was parcel related or maintenance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Most of the things are typically seen everywhere but what made trilogy set apart was staff members and really cute pets !! I’ve never seen such friendly and supportive staff especially Funmi !! We love Funmi !!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great connectivity with tram, walkable to city centre.no anti social behaviour. Clean streets. Traffic noise on the main road exists but flats are very well insulated against it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond flexible and always available. Great people

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wi-Fi company can not be changed. Closets open plan. No acs in flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient distance from central Manchester with a great range of local amenities nearby. Transport links are excellent; with public transport, footpaths, and main roads all leading directly to/from town. Living at the location provides a perfect balance of accessibility, safety, and low noise pollution. I have no complaints or problems to identify at the present time after a year of living at The Trilogy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team are always very professional, a pleasure to engage with, and always available to offer their earnest support for any issues. They also take the time organise various building events for tenants that allow you to get to know your neighbours. Maintenance queries are always responded to and resolved quickly, and the maintenance team is equally great.

How high the level of support is from the management team, and the complimentary coffee machine for residents!
