There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not much local shops in cornbrook but very quick walk to Deansgate and city centre. Very convenient as also near to cornbrook tram station and bus stops. Not much traffic noise or anti social behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All the issues have been responded to very quickly and resolved promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wi-Fi change has not been great but the apartment is quite spacious and the reception area is very well designed Reception staff are very friendly esp Funmi

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not much of local butchers, fishmongers or grocers which can be frustrating when looking for produce. Gym could need better equipment which would allow for a better workout. Also the new Wi-Fi is terrible, bring back the old Wi-Fi company please.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything was resolved in a fast and timely manner

Become friendly with the RSA, they are lovely to chat to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the friendly staff, such as Muneeb proximity to the tram stop, some shops (wish there more shops and cafes here).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Front desk staff like Muneeb, Cooper, Hassan, have been super friendly. Miss the former great staff like Hannah and Jill.

How hot the apartment would get during the summers.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, facilities and staff. Very close to the city centre and tram stop. Lots of shops nearby and takeaways across the road, lovely outdoor area and a short walk to regent retail park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had no issues , but the staff were always willing to help with anything I’ve had no issues

I wish I knew how hot the apartment gets Windows don’t open very far
