Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The living area is perfect, you are feeling you are in the city centre, but without the noisy neighbours. You are 5 minutes from the city centre on foot and there are also a few supermarkets very close (around 1 minute on foot), including Tesco Express. Overall, the best local area I've ever lived.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anytime when I had an issue, the building management was very quick and resolved it either in the same day or the next day. I've never had a better building management before.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I truly cannot think of anything because everything was communicated to me from the very beginning and shown as well. It was a very smooth transition.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve really enjoyed living in the area. There are plenty of useful shops, restaurants and nice open spaces nearby, and the transport links are convenient. The area has generally been quiet, pleasant and comfortable to live in, with no major issues with noise, anti-social behaviour or bin collections.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has always been very helpful and responsive. Whenever we raised an issue, they dealt with it quickly and were always friendly and willing to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had known beforehand just how friendly and helpful the management team would be. They made settling in very easy, and it quickly felt like home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the city centre. Surprisingly very quiet. Good transport links. Close to the university which is convenient for some people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are relatively quick. Could be slightly quicker. But nothing to complain about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was honestly as expected or better. Maybe I wish I had known about the issue with the shower (there was no hot water initially), but it was fixed very quickly and the management went above and beyond to help me.
