Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a village location and the shops and pubs are suitable for the area, availability of public transport however is poor as it is only every two hours which for people who don't have other transport means makes the village quite isolating. Parking on my development is brilliant, I have an allocated space, there is plenty of visitor parking. Some residents however have multiple vehicles and often block the narrow road in and out of the drive. Local bin collections are brilliant, I haven't had an issue since moving in. There is anti social behaviour in the instance of certain residents smoking marijuana and when reporting to southern housing, they say it isn't their problem despite the residents having signed tenancies with them and agreeing not to partake in anti social behaviour. It's disgusting to smell it coming in through my windows. And I don't want that smell clinging to my son's clothing or mine when I hang it out it to dry. Traffic noise is not a problem for me once I'm inside the double glazing muffles it well.

The location and community are amazing. Very happy to be a part of the village.

What is the best feature of your home:

I think the best feature of my home is the living room, there is so much space and the high ceilings does create a sense of openness. I love that it is mine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a nice village, dangerous routes to any play parks or the village so not much here for kids as it is on a really busy main road and the developers didn't widen the pavement adjacent. The nearest park is over a road where people have been caught speeding in excess of 90mph so they really should have put in a park on the estate for the kids. They literally just kick balls against people's walls or cars. Parking is really hard around here

How difficult the accessibility was to my property, wether the correct property has actually been assigned and check the fine details via planning before signing

What is the best feature of your home:

Literally probably the internal doors they are quite nice quality and the outside lights

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The road noise is loud and there are speeding vehicles every day on the main road. There is a convenient local shop, the pub is very nice and the open space is great to have.

How noisy the main road is and some of the traffic travels too fast and over the speed limit.

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s light and bright, big windows that open wide.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet. Nice little local shop. No issues with parking. Had issues getting deliveries to start with.

There was an issue with the planning application from the begining with took a long time to sort out.

What is the best feature of your home:

Good size for a two bedroom house, two double size bedrooms with enough space for extra furniture in them
