Good Apartment but No free parking for residents

No free Parking for residents. Apartment location is excellent. Warrington central is on walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They good and timely mannered staff and customer service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only main issue is Parking for residents specially for disabled people there is not proper planning so far for how disabled people can park nearest to the apartment.

Extremely convenient location , The Kings Head is a great local . The apartment block inside is very quiet and peacfeful

Very fast to a high quality and with a friendly manner

The gym! absolutely great and very useful and handy

The area has a decent range of local shops and cafes, and there are some pleasant green spaces nearby. Public transport links are fairly good, with buses and trains within walking distance. However, parking is a major issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If we have faced any problem the will response very quickly and resolve the problem as soon as possible.we have one mobile application so we can raise any problem on the application .that’s very useful

This building provide gym thats very helpful for us.

Very clean and friendly environment. Many services and amenities for residents. Staff are always on hand to help.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes can report issues in the app which are then swiftly dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heaters take time to heat up. Very minor issue as the building is well insulated

Close to shops and amenities but parking is hard even for someone to come round there isn’t anywhere for them really that is free/ cheap. I can be quiet in the area but there is also a lot of rubbish being thrown around the patios on John street

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have within a day or two of me raising the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was a cross meter issue with my electric which I know wasn’t the buildings fault but that didn’t get sorted until 10 months in so I now have to pay electric all in one go rather than it be monthly. Staff are friendly though and helped throughout
