Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is the main positive. Warrington Central, the bus interchange, town centre, shops and restaurants are all nearby, so transport and everyday amenities are convenient. However, proper resident parking is not included, and paying extra for parking makes an already expensive tenancy even worse.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we needed flexibility or tried to reach a compromise, management shut the discussion down and cited the contract. On our first day moving in, the manager was absolutely rude and showed no consideration for the packing, removal van and logistics involved. While we were actively unloading, we were rudely told that our belongings could not temporarily remain in the hallway. They also control when residents can collect parcels and can send a courier away if you miss a call from the front desk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how tiny and cramped the flats actually feel, how easily the fixtures and finishes become damaged, how restrictive the rules are and how difficult management becomes once you require any flexibility. They always try to get you to complete a review the moment you enter the apartment. Of course, while everything is still shiny and new and you are within that honeymoon period, you will naturally leave a favourable review. The reality only starts to kick in after you have lived there long enough to experience the cramped space, fragile fittings, rigid rules, management and move-out process. I would never again rent in a building managed by a corporation. Go for a private landlord if you can.

Everything is good about this place, location and proximity to everything, organised bin store, quietness and all, only bad thing is parking, I pay heavily for parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quick to fix my issue you have and very polite

They actually covered everything but what I didn’t know was how difficult parking was. I know the apartment doesn’t have parking but the amount I pay for parking is not good

No free Parking for residents. Apartment location is excellent. Warrington central is on walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They good and timely mannered staff and customer service.

The only main issue is Parking for residents specially for disabled people there is not proper planning so far for how disabled people can park nearest to the apartment.

Extremely convenient location , The Kings Head is a great local . The apartment block inside is very quiet and peacfeful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast to a high quality and with a friendly manner

The gym! absolutely great and very useful and handy

The area has a decent range of local shops and cafes, and there are some pleasant green spaces nearby. Public transport links are fairly good, with buses and trains within walking distance. However, parking is a major issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If we have faced any problem the will response very quickly and resolve the problem as soon as possible.we have one mobile application so we can raise any problem on the application .that’s very useful

This building provide gym thats very helpful for us.
