Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Property includes only one parking space for the Tenant's use, as the Landlord retains exclusive use of the second allocated space for his own vehicle. During our holiday, the local authority temporarily suspended street parking to facilitate a temporary polling station. As we were away and therefore unaware of the seven-day suspension notice, a tow truck was instructed to remove our vehicle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been made aware of the Landlord’s conduct and the ongoing issues with the property prior to entering into the tenancy. In particular, the persistent problems with the air conditioning in the master bedroom, the issues with the lift, and the fact that the shower in the master bedroom only provided cold water, which took several months to rectify, would have been significant factors in our decision-making.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views are lovely and when working the pool water is nice

Richmond is a very vibrant multi-cultural area with lots to do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very good. There are two concierges always on hand to help with any issues.

The age range in the complex is very varied which one wouldn't imagine from young professionals to older people

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The park is something I particularly like. I dislike the amount of traffic because the area is pretty quiet normally. It is also a well connected area , the tanker is available for all residents, the bus stop is just across the road, there is very good connection from Richmond to both east and west London. It takes 3 minutes on the tanker to reach Richmond and 15 minutes by bus.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of traffic especially in the summer when the park opposite the development is open. A lot of people are visiting at that time and it gets very busy and quite noisy.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the simplicty of the design.
