Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great choice of independent shops, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, with plenty of nightlife and character. Very central with easy transport links, although it can be busy and noisy at weekends and parking is limited. Overall, it’s lively and convenient but not the quietest area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been quick to respond to issues and keeps residents informed. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly and communication is clear, which makes concerns easier to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known how busy and noisy the area can be at night and on weekends due to the nightlife. It’s great for atmosphere, but not ideal if you’re after something quiet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living here because of the close proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, record stores etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, absolutely. They've been professional and attentive to any concerns raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked access to the upper terrace, which wasn't stated at the time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

-Excellent central location -Convenient stores - Sometimes noisy during weekends but fairly soundproof walls

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

-Prompt and fast, actions for repairing appliances are issued and engineers visit on time

- Flats on higher floor and whether there is the option to invest

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are in an excellent location, very close to transport, city centre and more. We live above a shop which is ideal. The home is modern, and perfect size. The fit out and appliances are brilliant, modern and up to date. The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The building is very quiet inside, safe and well looked after with a wonderful concierge. The only issue is the noise level can sometimes be loud in the late evenings/mornings however that is to be expected living so close to the city centre. In addition, I think the mail room could be made more secure to each tennant as it is a bit of a free for all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far we have not had any problems. We accidentally paid double rent and it was dealt with immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known more about the facilities, for example the water/gas electricity. We would also have liked to know where the bike storage room and bins were, we did have to ask.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In my opinion, it is the best area in central Manchester. Full of good pubs, cafes, shops, and food.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Listened to my issue and addressed it as soon as possible.

Great views, access, and very sound proof. Bad - Presence of homeless people in doorway at night.
