Noisy, Terrible views, car wash adjacent, rats everywhere, fire alarms going off all the time, car fines for parking your car with no repayment of the fine from ocasa, no WiFi half of the time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Non existent help. wifi unreliable, fire alarms go off all the time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Terrible, avoid. It's the worst place to live. Find somewhere better

Very close to shops and restaurants so it has a good location, buses are quite close as well and parking is available
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Their reply to my recent maintenance issue was prompt and they quickly fixed it
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The doors are too heavy, they are fire doors meant to keep us safe however, the weight of the door keeps affecting the handle

Well furnished and all inclusive. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Parking is never an issue. Close to station. Next to high street so can be noisy

Wifi issues were communicated by email and replied to

No storage space under beds. Balcony is shared, bad for privacy

Well developed. There are small things which can be improved in but overall excellent. One thing which can be improved on waste management.

Yes. But the waste management is something that needs some attention. But overall good customer service b

About the garbage disposal service. It can be improved.
