Close to local towns. Relatively quiet

The parking for visitors isn’t great as there are no communal spaces

Would prefer for the garden to not be so overlooked

The area is very quiet even though we are so close to the a41 only downside is our only exit of area is dual carriageway a41

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As above some fast others long but covid jas made everything alot harder

Just really enjoying my home so very happy

Development is not walking distance to any local amenities

South facing bedroom and kitchen and good size garden

Really love the area feels like it’s own village and the road in and out are well maintained - lots of trees and plants - beautifully designed and maintained home with top of the range appliances and smart meters

What a great tight knit community it is here which is great and feels safe

Slope in garden makes the garden a little hard to use towards the bottom other then that it’s a great sized garden
