Zero local shops within walking distance. Single entrance to the onto an industrial estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Still in continual dispute with them and the NHBC nearly two years on

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t listen to the promises made by the site team. Serve your defects give them 28 days then go straight to the NHBC and claim.
