Big areas Big outside areas (garden) Big windows Nice access

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great location with very good connectivity to main roads, cities and other facilities. Only downside is you need to have an own vehicle as the public transport service is not the best.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately responded for all my issues and sorted with proper follow through.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

House hand over process was not properly explained by the team. This could have been better managed. Also could have help the clients on specially kitchen space management.

What is the best feature of your home:

Overall design is great. Compact and Modern. Very convenient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development has a really nice feel and is not far from the shops and restaurants in Ottershaw and it’s not far to Woking and Weybridge for more choice. We’re conveniently near the bus stop - but public transport in the area is a bit limited!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had some minor snagging issues which were very thoroughly catalogued and addressed by Joanne and Spencer. The only major issue was a roof leak - it was fixed and the affected room redecorated within about a month, which isn’t too bad.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the road outside our house would not be fixed until much later. I did ask about that before the move, but having a rough road with pits in has caused some damage to my car and tyres which is a shame. I also wish we’d had chance to change the location of the radiators before the eh were installed as many of them are in silly places!

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature in our new house is probably either how nice the bathroom designs are - gorgeous tiles and fittings - of how sound proof the whole house is. We have lots of music being played and our neighbours have a newborn baby - but we can’t hear a peep from each other.
