I have lived at the Kell since 2021. The reason why I like living here is because it is close to where I work and it makes commuting to and from work less stressful. There are local shops around to do your grocery shopping for your convenience. There's private parking and its secured. The management is always readily available to address any concerns you may have.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems and issues raised has been dealt with promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known parking payment was not included with rent.

Very good location with shops and pubs in walking distance, and even some activity’s to do if you go a little further out

Always happy to help and always extremely helpful with any problems that I have ever had

Wish had known what the area was like before as it’s helps to get an idea of a community

Bar right across the road. Several super and mini-markets within walking distance, including a londis attached to the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The routine issues have always been dealt with promptly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I had moved in sooner, love the independence with the safety net of a good community. Love that it's dog friendly.

It’s a good area to live. Petrol station is 1 minute away. There are ASDA and LIDL near the building. The view of my apartment is very nice. It’s close to gym as well. There are some nice restaurants near the water and it’s only 5 minutes drive

Very quickly and they are very supportive . There are very responsive as well

Actually there is no negative insight or negative thing that I wish I had known before

Very quick response and very helpful no problems so far
