Fantastic facilities the building is new with amazing pieces of art… Dotted around they have a really nice outside Terrace area which is really nice to sit and relax. They also have what is called a “sitting room “which is a communal space for residence to unwind in a relaxing setting. There is 24 hour camera surveillance and in general the building is well lit clean and safe.

The design of the home are spectacular in a wonderful environment and the management knows how to take care of their residents, I feel jiy coming home from a stressful day as the environment is calming and dignify with all that is needed without breaking sweat

Living in this development has been an outstanding experience from day one. The design and architecture are both thoughtful and visually striking. The buildings are positioned in a way that ensures privacy — no direct facing windows between blocks — which makes a big difference in day-to-day comfort. The colour scheme is exceptional, with bronze-orange accents and off-white tones that contrast beautifully against the grey cityscape, giving the place a warm and modern feel. The facilities are excellent. Cleaners attend daily, even on bank holidays, and keep the communal areas flawless. Window cleaning is scheduled quarterly, maintaining the exterior to a high standard. The garden space is a real highlight — perfect for relaxing on summer evenings or taking photos with the dockside backdrop. Balconies are low-maintenance, and the interiors of the apartments are easy to keep clean and pristine, which helps protect your deposit. Apartments are well-equipped, even the unfurnished ones, which come with all essential appliances: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and cooker. Furnished units feel like luxury hotel suites — minus room service, but with stunning dockside views. The rooms are generously sized, and the bathrooms are almost as large as bedrooms, featuring full mirror walls and minimalist shelving that add a sleek, modern touch. There is a solid wifi connection and all the rooms have ethernet jack-ins for ultimate reliability. Each apartment has it's own secure network and the building itself has a general network that can be used when in any of the communal areas. The communal living room and workspace are fantastic for hosting events like birthdays, baby showers, or casual get-togethers — and they’re free to use. There’s also a kitchen/dining facility available at cost, though I haven’t personally used it. One downside is the lack of a residents-only gym, which other Way of Life buildings offer. It’s a missed opportunity, especially since neighbouring developments like X1 do provide this amenity. Security is excellent. Access to the building, lifts, communal areas, and car park is strictly controlled via resident fobs. The internal car park is gated and covered by CCTV, eliminating any security concerns. There were some suspicious individuals around last winter, but they quickly moved on thanks to the strong security presence. Property management here is truly exceptional. Cameron didn’t know me when I moved in, yet offered me one of the best apartments at an unbeatable price — something I haven’t been able to match anywhere else. His support throughout my time here has been invaluable. He maintains a strong rapport with residents, remembers individual stories, and ensures the building is always up to code. His leadership and dedication deserve recognition from upper management. The newer staff members, Tessa and Neelam, have been fantastic additions. Both are proactive and capable, and Neelam in particular has gone the extra mile to ensure resident comfort and safety. Her organisation and responsiveness — especially through her email communications — have been impressive. All the staff hold a professional relationship with you, but when talking with you or giving you any of their time, they make you feel like you are their friend and part of their social circle. Overall, this development offers a rare combination of thoughtful design, excellent facilities, strong community, and outstanding management. It’s a place that feels secure, well-maintained, and genuinely welcoming. I’m grateful to be living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and value.

Tessa and Neelam and all staff are amazing nice knowing there on site if any problems..and they deal with it asap..the Kell is like living abroad ..the buildings Architecture blend in with the surrounding allways clean security is on point knowing you have plenty of places to park in and around carpark Area ..everybody helpful and polite ..Def the office staff keep and maintain highest of standards on and off the grounds

The Kell is purpose-built and it shows. The design and location are excellent and the residents polite/friendly. General facilities - parking, refuse, services provided such as washing machines and internet, are reliable. If there are any issues, they’re dealt with promptly. We’ve never had any issues with the property owners and the building management team are great to deal with. They’re cheerful, helpful and efficient. No referral to other departments or third-parties. Living in the Kell is easy and comfortable; we’re very glad we moved here!
