Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a really good mix of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs, so most day-to-day needs are easy to sort without travelling far. There are also several parks and open spaces nearby which are great for walks, relaxing or exercising. Transport links are very convenient, with regular bus services and good road connections making commuting straightforward. Parking on the street is generally manageable and bin collections are reliable and well organised. The street itself is friendly and peaceful, with very little anti-social behaviour and only normal levels of traffic noise during busier times of the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have generally been quick to respond, helpful and easy to communicate with whenever any issues or questions have been raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient and well-connected the area was before moving in, as it made settling in and day-to-day life much easier than expected.

Across the road, there is a nice local pub and behind that there is a large Asda Supermarket. Across the road there is a mosque and a lidl. There is also a bus stop across the road by Asda, the bins a collected at the same time every week and there is no anti social activity and there is plenty of parking available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, theyve been swift in their responses to any concerns i may have as well as the solutions offered are genuine and thought of.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think that although you get to see it, the garden space in the evening really shows its worth.

The Kell is a great place to live and is in a brilliant location. It has all the facilities that you need and great staff to help with anything.

They are always really quick with replies and solutions.

The website shows anything I needed to know, and if I wanted to ask a question an email to the team solved any questions I had.

I enjoy living here. One of the highlights for me has to be the beautiful river view, it really adds something special to everyday living and makes the whole place feel calm and uplifting. The property itself is maintained to a very high standard, and the cleanliness of the communal areas is consistently impressive. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything tidy, fresh, and pleasant for residents. Another standout is the management team, who have always been approachable, friendly, and professional. Overall, living here has been smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I’d happily recommend Home Views to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They always respond to my enquiries with a resolution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have nothing to add to this. I carried out a survey of the area before committing and moving into the property.

Been staying here for a little while now since moving away from home and my experience has been nothing but good things reception staff are really helpful if there are any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with our hot water and it was sorted out really quickly with minimal issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew more about the communal room and the events that go on.
