Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is fine, nearby dockside, close shops, seems safe. Nothing special, it’s just the nicest part of the nastiest bit of Kent
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
She doesn’t listen, she’s dismissive and unhelpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not worth the insane price of rent in any way. Tenancy is sold as including all these amazing benefits, but the whole management system makes a pigs ear out of all of it.

Excellent customer care from the team. I would like to see more facilities in the building such as a gym would make a huge difference currently there is not much extra activities to do in area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes heating, water electric and childcare questions
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Limited amenities in the local area everything is 25 mins walk away

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location & Setting - The Kell is beautifully positioned on the waterfront of Chatham Docks, which gives it a very peaceful, scenic feel. It’s lovely to have riverside walks nearby, and the surroundings feel modern but not sterile. The area is quiet and friendly, with local shops, takeaways, and an Asda very close by. Transport & Connectivity - It's fairly well-connected: there are bus routes, and although the train station is a 20-minute walk, the trade-off is the tranquility and the quality of life here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised are dealt with efficiently, which really adds to the feeling that this is a well-run community.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Transport Limitation - While buses are nearby, the distance to the train station is a downside. Network Limitation - Mobile signal inside the building can be weak due to the building structure.

Living in The Kell, Gillingham is great — it’s a quiet and friendly area with everything nearby. There are local shops, takeaways, and big ASDA. Transport is convenient with buses and the train station close by. The street is clean, bin collections are regular, and there’s very little noise or disturbance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been very helpful and responsive. Any issues I’ve raised were dealt with quickly and professionally. They’re easy to contact and always follow up to make sure everything is sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how peaceful and quiet the area is — it’s even nicer than I expected. Everything is well maintained, and It’s a great place to live, especially if you like a calm and modern environment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of facilities around with a Asda superstore five minutes away 15 minutes to the High Street with lots of parks and recreation facilities such as gyms, restaurants and supermarkets nearby with the high-quality windows. You don’t hear the noises from outside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I have raised issues in the building, they are rectified within one week of notification to my satisfaction
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The nearest train station is 20 minutes walk away and there is a lack of public transport that services the area.
