Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Chatham Waters is an ideal location for lots of reasons . It is very close to train stations and also a quick walk to Chatham Dockside . The noise here is limited from my personal experience and always feels like a safe place . The Mast and rigging is a nice pub / restaurant and is just a quick walk away . In addition to this you have Asda and lidl as local food stores to shop from

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Someone has been out to fix any problem i’ve had very quickly

This is a very relaxed and calm place to live , drama free

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is the perfect position to enjoy the benefits of the dockside utilities while still being separate from the bustle. The greenery and dockside views provide space to enjoy the outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance needs have been completed swiftly and there has been continued communication from management through out the process to ensure all issues are resolved to a high standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are often local festivals such as the summer boat race held at Chatham maritime docks, a short walk away from the Kell. It is a great day out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Chatham Waters is genuinely one of the better spots in Gillingham. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the biggest Asda in the area, and there's a gym, pool and sauna all close by. The area is newly developed rather than run down, and transport links into London and around Medway are straightforward. Parking has never been an issue for me and the street is quiet. People give the wider area mixed reviews, but I think that misses how much has changed here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and without fuss. Anything I've reported has been acknowledged the same day and actually fixed rather than left sitting on a list. Neelam and Aasiya on reception follow things through properly. John, the maintenance man, knows his trade inside out. I show him the problem and it's sorted on the spot, no return visits, no waiting around. Genuinely friendly with it too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much of the day to day experience comes down to the building team rather than the flat itself. You can judge layout, light and storage on a viewing, but you can't tell how something gets handled when it goes wrong, and that's what you actually live with. Worth chatting to reception when you view.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like the area. It’s nice and quiet, but still really convenient for everything you need. There’s an Asda and The Mast and Rigging pub within walking distance, which is handy. Dockside is also only a few minutes’ drive away, with plenty of restaurants, shops and gyms. Overall, I find it a great location as you get the peace and quiet but still have everything close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have been very responsive whenever I’ve raised any issues and have dealt with things quickly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t think there’s anything major I wish I’d known before moving in. Everything has been pretty much as expected from the viewing, which is a good thing! If I had to give a tip to a new neighbour, I’d say make the most of the rooftop terrace — it’s such a lovely, peaceful space and one of the best features of the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quite to have a good relax for professionals. No noisy at all. Easy to access the highway if you drive. Safe parking inside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception team is very friendly and highly efficiency. Neelam helps with everything required and in time.
