Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No public transport, no shop means car journey. Parking on the road can cause problems when there is ample parking at each house. Roads are narrower than usual, can cause prob when two cars park opposite each other.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some yes, very prompt, but one issues no, and still waiting three months on for faulty kitchen doors to be replaced. Painter Mike did a great job putting problem right quickly resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We bought after looking at some dreadful houses on the market. We put neighbours onto tradesmen we personally know.
