There are not a lot of local shops or restaurants or bars. The forest opposite is quite nice. There is parking but only for residents. There is not any antisocial behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Via email and through the app. I’ve also phoned the numbers provided for help

There is nothing to share about this, I enjoy the area

Local shops, restaurants, grocery shops not present in kilnwood vale the closest facility are in bewbush or Horsham,Crawley There are buses connecting to the main towns and the airport however having a car I think is the best option as not everything is near by . The area is perfect for couples, family or for who enjoys life out of the caos of the city. The area it’s beautiful and well kept. Parking is been an absolute pain. At first when we moved in it was with random allocation which was making your day a gamble after work but overall we always managed to find something relatively close our flat. We then moved to assigned parking bays but you would constantly find people parking in your space making your way back home very unpleasant. Hopefully this will get better soon

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very badly at the beginning of our tenancy then new management came in and everything is being going on much better

Peaceful area Friendly neighbourhood New buildings Quick problem solving Recommended to have a car. Prices as been raising up every year Making a bit too expensive for a one bedroom flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice park/nature reserve nearby for outdoor activities and hikes. Long walk to any shops or bars/resturants. Bins and recycling are collect bi-weekly so can be a challenge sometimes. Parking is available in your designated bays only and so sharing bays with visitors/house mates is difficult.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond and are helpful in most requests. Occasionally they will not help in resolving issues even when a simple and win-win solution is proposed.

As with any place make sure you document as much as possible about the property when you move in.

There’s no local shops or cafes. Bus links are good . Some anti social behavioir from the estate next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quick within an hour when I emailed regarding a mess downstairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I knew that the sound from the dual carriage way may be a factor or the inconvenience of no shops near by , also no lift is annoying

Local shops are all within driving distance bus stop in the area very easy to get into the centre and London Gatwick Airport very quiet and peaceful community also everyone is welcoming and friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick and hands on with any problems or situations with the property’s .

The front houses are facing the main by pass Wich can be very loud at night sometimes
