Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient, with excellent transport links via the Victoria Line and just 30 minutes from Stansted Airport, making travel easy. While not everything is within walking distance, there is a good range of shops and amenities nearby. Sadly, most shops aren’t dog-friendly, but cafes, pubs, and other social spots generally are, which is great. There’s also a big dog community in the area, which is fantastic. The area can get busy during events at the Drumshed or games at the stadium nesrby, but overall, the location is very convenient for us and suits our lifestyle well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management always responds to any issues or concerns quickly and efficiently. They’re approachable, helpful, and make sure things are sorted out without any hassle. It’s clear they care about keeping the building running smoothly and making sure residents are happy and supported

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

An insight we’d share is that the landlord opted to use Evinox for heating and hot water. Unfortunately, this has been the most problematic aspect for us. Their system has had downtime, which has resulted in additional costs for residents. Their rates are also quite high, and currently, there is no option to choose an alternative provider, which can be frustrating.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: - Amazing transport links - green spaces - building outdoor option ( terraces) - nursery and school very close - very close to the shopping center Bad: - no parking space - no play area for kids ( slides, swings …) - no terrace indoor

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been very responsive and helpful whenever issues have been raised. They usually act quickly to resolve maintenance problems and keep residents informed throughout the process. Overall, their professionalism adds to the comfort of living here.

No parking available No spaces in the nursery ( gems bright nursery) as my daughter has been on the waiting list for 1 year

Brilliant area, great transport links to Liverpool street and airport via Stansted express & Victoria line - all across the road!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes always so happy to help - staff are always so helpful.

Building works dates - when starting, finishing & how loud they will be.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve really enjoyed living here. There’s a plethora of shops nearby for daily needs, and the near access to the Walthamstow Westlands is a huge plus. I love being in the outdoors and close to nature, so I really value that component of living in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been very prompt to answer my questions and concerns when signing my first lease for an apartment in the UK. They helped me understand how the letting process works and worked with RentProfile to address any questions I had throughout the process. A big shout out to Niamh for being super helpful in signing a lease within a short time frame. I was starting a new job and didn’t want to keep staying in temporary accommodation. Niamh was also super helpful in giving me an overview of living in different neighborhoods within London!

I wish I had known how impactful Tube strikes can be on daily life! (formerly lived in the States)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, which makes it very convenient. There are also several open spaces and parks within walking distance, which is great for relaxing outdoors. Transport links are reliable, with easy access to buses and the Underground, although rush hour can sometimes get quite busy. Even though the apartment is near the main road there is barely any noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Honestly we haven’t had many issues yet, but any small questions that we have are being addressed by the management which is lovely.

I didn’t realise how supportive the Gessner team would be. Kitti especially made our move so much easier by helping us set up electricity and water straight away, which I thought was going to be a nightmare.
