Upon first inspection, The Forge appears to be an unparalleled rental opportunity, with it’s convenient location, high-end design and promise for tenants. However, while living here is gradually becomes apparent that there is a noticeable lack of attention to detail, particularly with regards to the finish of the apartments. This is compounded by property management which is quite disappointing, and focus is obviously given to enticing prospective tenants rather than satisfying those currently renting here.
