Great space and location

The design is lovely, spacious and welcoming. Has everything but a gym. I’d expect that in a building of this quality. The flat has all amenities and enough space for furniture etc. Storage in closets in limited and the shower in bath in both bathrooms isn’t necessary. One walk in shower would be ideal. Quiet neighbourhood with great connectivity, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great space, high ceilings etc. Great location, very quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Storage limitations in the flat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have just moved into the property and as such have not had any issues to date.

Exellent flat!

It’s quite a nice but I am not sure about Game room and Private theater because we can use them now due to COVID-19 pandemic. However, if we can use them, I guess it’s really nice. It’s a little bit difficult to find a place to store and to enter a bycicle parking. In total, I’m satisfied.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s calm and this location is close to the supermarket (Waitrose) and a park in front of the tenant. About 10 minutes walk, we can go to the Museum of London. It’s nice place to know the history of London, now it’s closed due to COVID-19 though. I love this place.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I came from Japan in January, so I can’t compare to the other flat in London. But I’m very comfortable.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

My room is a little bit small, if possible, the bed room was much more bigger…
