Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is great - there’s Piccadilly station 7 min walk away, a bus stop very close, starling bike station & other bike spots and easy parking spots nearby. Just off main road so don’t hear any traffic noises except emergency vehicles. Big Aldi 5 min walk away and a small Sainsbury’s very close by. Also a GP 5 min walk away too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Incredibly fast, I noticed this from the beginning when we were applying for a place. Responses are prompt and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gym is great but dumbbells only go up to 30kg which is slightly inconvenient

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In a great area - extremely close to Ancoats and the walk to town/NQ isn’t far at all. Plenty of shops nearby (in Ancoats) and smaller shops just across the road. The street doesn’t cause us any issues, main road can get busy but the building is off this on a side road. Only concern I have is the parking availability. I think more could be done regarding parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Everything has been responded to in a timely manner

More transparency on parking availability. That it all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s close to the tram stop and Piccadilly station. There’s loads of good bars and restaurants nearby too. But if you’re on the side of the building that is opposite Leonardo Hotel, there can be a lot of noise on the weekend and occasionally throughout the week, which can be disruptive in the middle of the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve listened and been quick to respond, and tried to find a solution quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They are some flats which have a completely obscured view from the bedroom, looking on to a brick wall. It’s not particularly ideal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has nearby shops that are a walkable distance. Near to a metrolink stop, and transport links are overall very good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick response. It was also very quick and convenient to log the request via the App.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A small induction on how to use the parcel room would be ideal!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

10 minutes from Picadilly and 15 from the Northern Quarter. So very ideal! Lots of nice coffee shops and an aldi within walking distance too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not raised any issues but I’m sure if we did they would be addressed quickly

I wish we had moved sooner! It really is a lovely place
