Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s quiet, but still very central to everything. We get to enjoy the benefits of living in the city centre, while avoiding the noise at night time and during the day. Transport is probably the only issue, if you don’t own a car and as a university student I do quite a lot of walking
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t raised any issues, I’ve had to buy a new key after losing my old one and that was done very quickly for me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You really have to make the place yours, it’s very simplistic when you walk in, it can get boring but you have the creative freedom (as long as you’re within the tenancy agreement) to tailor it to you comfortably.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is no bad aspects. It’s a really calm area. Very peacefully. And also quite easy to access the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management respond very quickly and effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the building had other students, I would’ve been less worried about meeting people around my age.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s great living in the castings with the vibrant community and great comfy environment. There are cute restaurants nearby you can dip into for a quick meal or a snack. Stevenson square being a stone’s throw away is a massive plus. The location of the building is great; close to the trams, buses and trains making it very accessible. There are always people in the pool rooms or rooftop for a fun time during the weekend. The bad aspects would definitely be the lack of a sauna and it can get noisy at night because of the trams going by. Another great addition would be bin chutes for the individual floors.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s been quick and speedy. They also tell you what to do if it happens again. Personally, I haven’t had issues with anything. The reception is quite helpful if you want to organise something or there are issues with keys or parcels. The concierge being there 24/7 is great for any late night issues as well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking facilities nearby and the heating issues with the building that aren’t to problematic but could definitely be better

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Ancoats is one of the best areas to live in Manchester, everything you need is in walking distance. There is a great mix of independent cafe’s, bars and restaurants, plus the Northern Quarter and City Centre are just a few minutes away. Transport links are excellent with easy access to tram and bus routes. The area feels vibrant yet safe, and it is perfect for both students and professionals. There is minimal noise and the community has a really friendly, modern vibe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been excellent. I have fortunately not had to face any issues since moving in, however staff has always been available if there was anything I needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how strong the community feel was here. It was stronger than I expected, everyone is so friendly, and if I knew this sooner I would have moved in sooner!
