Overall impression is good, design very modern and the quality upholding well. There is good fascilities and open common areas and a decent parking lot. Good security system and the common areas like lobbies are kept very clean. Customer services helpful and I think it is worth the money.

Tooting has seen a new lease of life in recent years, and this shiny new-build development is smack bang in the middle of it. The Broadway is right on Tooting High Street in the vicinity of countless shops, bars and restaurants, so it’s great if you want amenities on the doorstep. It’s also conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Tooting Broadway, a Zone 3 station which offers speedy and regular Northern line connections to both the West End and the City.
Developer Crest Nicholson built one, two and three-bedroom apartments here, inside a series of attractive, light-brick buildings. Communal areas at The Broadway are a mix of pleasant and useful, and encompass landscaped courtyard gardens, secure space for parking, and ample bicycle storage.
Classic new-build style characterises The Broadway’s homes, which have clean and crisp neutral colour palettes, fitted kitchens and neatly tiled bathrooms. There’s a feeling of light and space throughout each, as well, thanks to the use of spotlighting and full-height windows. Expect plenty of storage space, whatever the floorplan.
With its affordable homes and easy access to central London, Tooting has become hugely popular with young professionals. The area surrounding The Broadway is energetic and diverse, with a strong Asian culinary scene and a brilliant collection of independent pubs and bars. Tooting Bec Lido is possibly its most-loved resident (the UKs largest outdoor freshwater pool) closely followed by leafy Tooting Common and Broadway Market, one of South London’s oldest.
Fantastic pet friendly home. We love the spacious flat and gardens We had been searching for somewhere that we could feel super homely and finally found this. Would stay here again for sure! What a nice apartment.
