Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area and shops nearby are good. However, the builder is rubbish and all neighbours have a long list of outstanding snags.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They just committed to rectifying the snags but it took half a year to finish 10% of job then no progress afterwards.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The sales consultant performed very well but the after sales service is rubbish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Currently lived in Newark and this new development for over 6 months now, and I absolutely love it. I don't use any public transport so I cannot provide any detail on this, but in terms of access via your own vehicle is super easy with quick access to the A1/A46. Getting to Asda/Morrisons/Sainsburys is also straight forward from this development area. There's not much traffic noise at all, and there's no anti-social behaviour in the area (that I know of). Parking for us, is easy as we have access to a private road but I cannot vouch for the other parts of this development. Bin collections are always on time and super early in the mornings, which is great. There is a local bike route as well for any adventurous cyclists, and plenty of areas for walks for those more inclined for a easy walk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I personally cannot think of anything, we tried our best to go into this purchase open-minded and we haven't had much issues that I can think of? And where we have had issues, it's not been our fault. For any future buyers of this development though, we have established a community on FB and there's at least 40 people in it (currently), so please try find us and we will welcome you!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

There would be nothing I would wish to change, we love it as it.

Lovely house in a nice quiet area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s conveniently located close to town without being too close to pubs etc but could benefit from a more local shop. Parking seems ok but, as more people have moved in there are more cars along the street even though each house has at least a double drive. Area is very quiet and nice to live in. There is noise from the development but that’s to be expected as it’s still being built on

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we’d known about the ongoing mud pile at the back of the property as it’s caused issues of flooding in the garden

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the skylights within the house as they let loads of light into the property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Town centre nice, transport lacking to development (public) but will be available in time. Bin collections reliable and early. No anti social behaviour, traffic noise limited however currently on building site it can get a little noisy!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had had the opportunity to visit a show home in our style house.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The point of the development we're located, we prefer other streets.
