Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely location. Close to all modes of transport, restaurants, areas to chill. Absolutely love living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Hag was very prompt and helpful when we had issues with our freezer, washing machine and boiler. Always a friendly face who is the most willing to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy living near great ancoats street can be but you get use to it quickly. Mainly just any sirens but always reassuring to know emergencies are getting dealt with I guess.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: The location is great - close to stores, a gym, lots of restaurants and pubs. Bad: It's very minor but since it's on the main road, you do hear emergency vehicles more often.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haginson and Molly have responded promptly and have done their best to help with any issues we have raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We did not realize how ideal the location was for us - a lot of restaurant options, close to the city centre meant that we find ourselves walking to most places.
