Excellent property. I’ve moved from London and didn’t know much about the area. Danyul was brilliant on the viewing and then Maria gave us a seamless move in. We are very happy living here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded very well. Reece the property manager is always around and Craig and Daren come to the apartment same day if we ever have an issue.

Having big supermarkets either side of the site is a godsend.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is in a great up and coming area with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The links to transport are amazing especially for us as tenants as we do not have a car. Having the bins collected on most if not every day helps keep the place clean and tidy. As the street in one way there is limited traffic and noise in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had many issues since moving in, however if we have the team on the property have been fantastic at responding and fixing the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing in particular that we weren’t aware of before moving the information guides were very useful.

They regularly organize community events, such as football matches. The gym is great and now offers free fitness classes. The communal areas are spacious and there are plenty of entertainment facilities.

Stafford Yard Team solves issues very quickly and efficiently

East St Developing area and has lovely places to eat and activities. Very central and easy access via the train station and also a quick walk. Close to North St

The apartment building is in such a perfect location. Not too far out from the city but a great distance. Plenty of buses running from east street into the town centre which make it extremely accessible to get to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been amazing. When we moved in we noticed we were missing a piece of furniture and within a few hours of raising this with the building management we had it in our apartment.

Before we moved we weren’t fully aware of the LOFT app, this was an extra bonus for us as it keeps us up to date with what’s going on in the building
