The house although being a small 2 bed semi is very well thought of. It looked small when we viewed but when we put all the furniture in it looks so much bigger but cosy too. The kitchen is modern and usable and well planned with plenty of worktop space and a lovely area for dining which all looks out onto the garden. A large fully enclosed garden and patio area with a newly laid lawn. There is a downstairs toilet, with sink and mirror, modern and bright. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms. The main bedroom fits a king-size bed with room for bedside cabinets either side . There is also a fitted large double door mirrored wardrobe with a shelf. There is also an alcove next to the wardrobe for a make up table. There is a nice modern bright bathroom which has shower over the bath with a glass screen and chrome heated towel rail. The second bedroom is reasonably large too with a built in wardrobe. The whole property is painted white which keeps it looking clean and bright and easy to touch up any marks. The flooring in the kitchen and lounge is a soft lino parquet style flooring. The house feels solid and warm and very good soundproofing with the next door neighbour. The only negative for us was that we were told by Leaf living they would not provide the refuse bins and neither would the property management so we had that added expense and a bit frustrated to find out the next door neighbour also Leaf living had her bins supplied free of charge.
