Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how the estate doesn’t feel massive and they have tried to include greenery where they can. However the further into the estate you go the less care has been taken

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great at first. Rubbish afterwards. You cannot get through to the after sales team

A lot of bodged work was hidden. It was disappointing to find

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Since the beginning of the development the local traffic has dramatically increased and the speed of the traffic is too fast. In addition, the behaviour of the building contractors has been very poor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’m not sure they ever have. From the beginning of the development it has seemed that things would happen not as per the plans with little notification.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was open to the new development as we need more homes. But if I had known how inconsiderate the contractors were going to be I may have been less prepared to accept it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brilliant location with only a 5 minute walk into town and close to main driving routes into Bicester and Milton Keynes. Lovely scenic walks right on our doorstep, namely the Railway walk past St Rumbolds Well. There has never been an issue with parking spaces and everyone is courteous with where they do park. The estate is certainly family friendly and is a safe environment to bring up your children. So far we are thrilled to have chosen to live on this development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we have raised have been dealt with immediately. There would be the relevant worker at our door within 20 minutes of us raising the issue and they have always been thoughtful when entering our home and cleaning up any mess that they make whilst fixing the issues. We could not fault the service we have received and we feel they have gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we were able to view our property once it was reserved but were unable to due to understandable safety restrictions on the site. Be prepared to only being able to see your property from afar until much much closer to your completion date.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, only a little drive to everything in Milton Keynes. Buckingham is a lovely little town.

I wish I had know a little more regarding the companies contracted to work on the site

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

This would be the finish of the garden. It was given to us with very bumpy ground.
