Ideal development to live

The property is nice and roomy and allows me to have visitors around. Only downside is that the design meant that in stormy weather there was noticeable leaking. However the building management dealt with issues swiftly meaning it was only a minimal inconvenience. Security is also ensured and the balcony is nice for enjoying the good weather.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Transport links are a bonus and the area does notbget too noisy despite the restaurants and cinema attractng many people. There is a good sense of community also and the conceirge are the nicest people around.

Great location

Flats are very modern and are built to a high spec with nice views. It is cleanly kept and the concierge is really good but the recycling is poor. The security is always available. It is easy to access by public transport but the trains are noisy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to the station but sometimes it’s noisy in the evenings

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The train track on the back is noisy. Sometimes the flat is too hot, too insulated

Good design very modern, no complaints. Lifts are fast but too many stairs, very convenient with transport. The trains are noisy at night so can’t sleep sometimes. Very good location, with the Nandos and cinema.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Like the view
But a play area would be nice

Great property

Good building and concierge service. Loads of restaurants and shops around. Access to central London is great.
Recycling could be better.
Parking is expensive if you don’t own a parking lot. Ventilation is very good. Hardly any noise from the trains.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great shops around and views of Bromley

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Recycling is very inconvenient ( could be a council problem)

Excellent property

I love how beautiful my apartment looks, especially when it’s sunny. It has beautiful huge windows and the view from my balcony is just stunning. The facilities include: concrete, lift, bike storage and car park. I can also just pop downstairs to the cinema and watch the latest hit.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I love how quickly i can get to central without the price tag of central zone. The shopping and all amenities are within reaching distance,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing that i wish i knew. My solicitor informed me about everything.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Recycling – it’s not consistent across the different buildings

Design is modern and trendy. Access to concierge, safe parking and entry to building. No need for a guest room as guests have access to premier inn. Building management is good although sometimes takes a while to get through to get help. Property management is good.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Convenient and perfect location for all transport links to central London. Great access to supermarkets and high street shops/restaurants and cinema.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cost of utility bills and other related bills on top of rent.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Wouldn’t change anything! Only negative is the cheap quality fittings installed by the developer

Nice new development

The flats are really well designed coming with all mod cons and having excellent insulation. The views from floor 5 above are also really good. There’s a nandos and pizza express down below which is convenient. The property complex is well maintained and the concierge staff are friendly helping you with your needs like parcel delivery.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The flats are really close to Bromley South (5 min walk) which gives you equal access to London or the coast in quick time. The high street is literally on your door step as well and gives you all the main shops together with a very good shopping centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

At first the noise from the trains sound very loud but you get used to that after a while.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

To rectify the snagging issues like the issue with the shower
