Lovely, modern and all round beautiful place to be.

Lovely, modern and all round beautiful place to be. Not boring and situated in a lovely place, lots of places to go for walks and enjoy the sun in summer. Very scenic still with short cuts to the park and pub/restaurant if you would like to walk

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely area, can’t wait for the shops to be built, friendly neighbourhood and quiet drama free place

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very helpful, not to strict but just enough so if people are breaking the rules they will get punished

Fantastic estate shame about Countryside.

The buildings are really lovely and there is a nice variety across the estate. Don’t expect any after care from Countryside. Once they have your money they aren’t interested in giving any support. Be prepared to be miss-sold your property, make sure you take a photo of the plans they show you so that when they change them you have evidence.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The estate has a great sense of community and a shop is finally being built. The social club is ok but not very welcoming unless you play football sadly. Great sense of family on the estate too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Countryside are a bunch of crooks who don’t care remotely about the customer.

What is the best feature of your home:

Because it is new nothing needs doing before you move in.

Love living here

The development is lovely to live in, everyone is friendly and it’s a lovely quiet location. There will eventually be shops and school so will be much better location once everything is finished. The landscaping is also kept to a nice standard so it looks tidy and clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There isn’t anything near here at the moment but they are building local shops which will be ready end of June’s

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My balcony and the view of the communal areas it’s very quiet location also

Development is cery well managed, there is lots of green spaces which are looked after. Streets are clean and nice. Properties are designed beautifly and well presented. Our gardens are of good size as well. There is plenty of prakkng spaces avaialable for visitors as well.

This is a great development to live in. Design is amazong, all houses look lovely and they create something very special. Its very quite here and there is no city noise. We are looking forward opening shops and school. Highly reccomend

We never really had much issues so there was no opportunity to test it

Great overall, lacking on property management

The apartment itself is perfect there were a few snagging issues however, they were fixed in due course. The facilities and the design of the apartment is excellent. With this being a shared ownership the value is excellent too. The free gifts that we received from Countryside were thoughtful, lovely and unexpected The bad aspects of the development is the building/property management. We pay a yearly fee for our grounds to be kept care of however, this is something to be desired. They've only cut our grass 3 times in a matter of 9 months and when they did last come round they did miss a big part of the grass surrounding our home. They've never hoovered or cleaned our apartment hallway/stairs which we pay for too. Having to contact them constantly to have this sorted has been a pain, and at the moment there is a dispute with the development company and the grounds company on who's responsibility it is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We're excited with the new development of shops being completed, with having some shops closer by. The field which is close by is big, quiet and a pleasure to walk round. The transport links are good, we have a bus which has links to the nearest train station and town. Our street is quiet, with good parking availability, however, we do have some anti-social behaviour from the housing association, some occasions requiring police to attend. We have had our shared bike shed attempted to be broken into, this was fixed by countryside in a few working days post the incident.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be made aware that we would be close to housing association. Another is the unexpected charges that we've had since we've moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of our home is the bathroom. The bathroom is a good size and was unknown until the build was complete. The layout of the apartment is also a good feature as it feels very open.
