Moved in August 2022. The whole left hand side has mould, we have had a leak since we moved in. En suite’s, wet room half the lounge, all the walls that have been affected need to be taken up half the wall..carpet mouldy… still no front garden…disgusting. Shame on them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bad builders…and give reviews, but only given 4 days for an answer. So wrong…..

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s a bungalow. Has to many defects to mention ….and no one cares..shame

Spacious development with attractive properties

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are shops within 10 minutes' walk, bus links every 15 minutes and a rail service. Driveways are spacious, so there's no on-street parking. Bins collections are done swiftly. The road and the whole development are surprisingly quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you look carefully at small details such as the finish on kitchen cupboards and worktops!

What is the best feature of your home:

The space, the airiness, the quality of the build, the solar panels and the large, secluded garden. It's all lovely!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are local shops, pubs, take away, pharmacy, GP, Primary School and High School. Great transport, walking distance to buses and train, development located just by A47 perfect for getting to the City. We love where we are living, it is quiet, lovely neighbours, bins are collected from end of our drive way, no traffic noise where we are, we have two designated parking spaces by our property and there is space to park on the road.

We Can’t think of anything which we wished we knew before we moved in, the process was smooth.

What is the best feature of your home:

It is hard to choose but we love the kitchen, floors and tiles and the garden.
