Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
With our a doubt the estate is one of the ugliest estates I have ever lived in - bland housing design, area is lifeless poor maintenance of the surrounding area. Location is quite good but public transport is horrendous. It never looks clean, houses look dirty - It’s classed as old at melons for purpose of paying higher council tax. Persimmon and Remus combined are an absolute shambles to deal with - poor quality home build and even worse maintenance of the estate.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How bad persimmon were - wish I knew about their reputation as a cowboy house builder
What is the best feature of your home:
Nothing -poor poor quality - hidden fees that are just a ploy to extort money from its residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The house is lovely and well built, management company could do more, some areas look untidy and areas dug up have not been re-laid with grass so looks awful. No bins on the development, thankfully there are a handful of volunteers that do litter picking that keeps the area clean. Area is in a good commuter location and has a nice family vibe
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reasonably quickly, but often issue was not followed up
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Range of shops is poor as there is only 1, the space for a pub us still not being used either.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes when first purchases the house, very slow - took over a year for all snagging to be completed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we would have known about the timeline for the Pub/Restaurant. Still don't know now.

Nice place to live… with a bit of annoying petty crime

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The shop is fantastic, nice village feel to the area. Close to a shopping complex with Asda, McDonald’s, Subway and some furniture shops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a drain blockage that is actually an issue down the road, reported it 6 months ago with no resolution
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amount of petty crime in the area could put people off. Easy to not be a victim though by being sensible, like locking back gates and making sure cars are locked.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Budgens in the village sells everything you need for your everyday essentials. The staff there are absolutely lovely. Plenty of parking although people park ridiculous at times which means the bus has trouble getting through the estate. Lately there’s been a number of burglaries in the village and break ins to cars. Neighbours look out for each other and bin collection is every Friday.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had to use building management team but as previously stated my neighbour has without any problems
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amount of crime in the area is rising. Breaks in to cars and buildings which makes me feel nervous. Security cameras in the village
