Great area - within walking distance of the beach and Emsworth village. Very quiet and great for long walks

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues with the management company

Future building plans in field next to estate should have been public information not kept quiet

Local area is lovely. The water is just down the road and the fields at the back are great. Only 1 mile to Emsworth

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Awful. Avoided calls. Ignore emails. Lied. Blagged. AVOID

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I hadn't bought through Miller Homes. They are the worst company ever

Local amenities close by with local shops within walking distance. Emsworth only a 15 minute walk away and the sea only 10mins. The development itself is really peaceful and the main noise is bird song which is fine by me!

What is the best feature of your home:

Quiet secluded garden - not really overlooked to any great extent

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location wise I like it very much. It's a quiet area, great for families with children, but for a young couple is not so diverse, not a lot restaurant or entartaing places

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't had any problems, so I was not in the need of a response

I would had like to know about the construction that it's still going on

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is lovely. 5 minute walk to the beach with rolling fields to the north. Only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Emsworth with loads of nice pubs and independent shops

I wish we hadn't bought here. Millers are that bad

Needs more storage space and needs to be built with a lot more care
