Amazing it’s a great location in ancoats there’s lots of stuff to do always. Lots of bars and pubs around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had a couple of repairs for things around the flat but sometimes it doesn’t actually fix the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known that the parking wasn’t included nor guaranteed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area of Ancoats is reall good for young professionals. It has all the life essentials, such as Aldi, best bakeries in town, good quality restaurants, and close to Northern Quarter where high. quality night life could be found.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are really quick to respond, and solve the issue professionally .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t know there would be resident discount for restaurants and shops which are located in the property of the same developer. It’s a good benefit that we as residents could enjoy .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pro: very close to the city centre, I don’t have costs for travelling at all. Aldi is just 7 minutes walk away and there are monthly makers markets downstairs, a few local bakeries and cafes nearby Cons: not close to any retail parks with larger supermarkets

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was once where I was locked out as I don’t have my keys with me, the concierge was helpful and made sure the flat is safe as well, as they checked my ID before letting me in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Whenever there are visitors, the resident will have to pick them up at the entrance, the concierge will not just let them in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, close to the city centre but quiet at night. Local bars and restaurants are really good so you don’t have to go too far to find a nice place to eat or socialise. Ancoats is largely pedestrianised now so you feel safe walking everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had to raise anything yet but they were great at letting us know the procedures if we ever did need to

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ancoats is currently being redeveloped so there’s lots of building work going on around the area. It mostly very quiet though but some streets are now pedestrianised so bear that in mind if you have a car or take taxis etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This development is in the heart of Ancoats so is in an excellent location and a 10 minute walk away from the city centre. It is close the the Marina which is lovely with lots of nice bars and cafés, and is right next to Cutting Room Square which also has lots of good bars and restaurants also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly quick responses by both the landlords and actual building maintenance.
