We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The area is extremely safe and secure. it also has a very large and friendly community. However it can feel a bit too crowded at times when there are too many people out at once. apart from that its a lovely area to live in. The bed room window does not open properly and hits the balcony.

The greenery around the development is splendid; walking around is really nice and the area in the summer is lovely. The community around the area is super friendly and the people you meet are very nice and easy-going. A few bad things about the area is the noise at certain points of the day as well as the horrific management in the area. The building management have responded very slowly, dealing with the issues themselves extremely poorly.

Sainsbury's local superstore, local Hornsey stn. Fairly quiet don't see a lot of people to be honest. Underground 10 minutes walk at Turnpike Lane. Lots of greenery, Alexandra Palace close by. Building is spacious, maintained really well. Warm building, so don't need your heating on much. Concierge, gym, sauna etc.

There is a lot of greenery within the area which is a really nice perk of living here. The community atmosphere is very good and people around the street are very easy to talk to and friendly. The transport links are decent but a little far to get to. The one major disappointment about the area is the high road itself which is very minimal. The best feature would have to be the park that is very close to my home.

The design of the area itself is very nice and the transport links within the area are very useful. The downside of the lovely environment is the influx of extra people walking through from Sainsburys that have brought about a different community feel, which I feel is a little worse than what it had been previously. There is also many instances of littering within the area.
