Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living in this area for about three years. The location is very convenient, and the neighbours are friendly and get along well with each other. However, when I walk my dog, I sometimes notice dog waste left on the ground. It would be very helpful if the property management could install a few dog waste bins along the nearby streets. I believe this would help keep the area cleaner and improve the local environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally responded promptly and professionally whenever I have raised any issues. They have been helpful and have made an effort to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the mobile phone signal in this area can be quite weak due to its hillside location. I also wish I had known that there are not enough dog waste bins nearby, as this would help keep the area cleaner. Other than these minor issues, I have been very happy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's very quiet, plenty of shops 5 min walk away, close to the city centre but the views are amazing, the estate is kept very clean and tidy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any problems up to now apart from when I paid the rent upfront the money stayed in my bank but I called and sorted it out straight away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The windows are strange sizes and I had to order made to measure blinds as the shops don't sell the size needed so I did have to wait 3 weeks for those to arrive but not a major problem really

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is nice but frequent antisocial disturbances from the surrounding neighbourhood portrays bad image. Despite the management team effort to curb these menaces, it keeps happening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but occasionally the maintenance team tend not to communicate efficiently to bring the right team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mostly positive feedback but the yearly increment of rents for old tenants creates a negative footprints during contracts renewal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for transport links enabling my two teenagers a degree of independence they haven’t previously had. Parking is good but perhaps a consideration for the future would be car charging points as I am unable to take advantage of the electric vehicle leasing on offer from work due to this. Bin collections are always on time but would appreciate a greater frequency of recycling collections.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Needed a couple of repairs which were arranged and done promptly. The guy who came to repair the door was polite and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get good window coverings. The houses get very hot in summer with lots of big windows.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We like the area. There are not as many amenities close by as in our previous tenancy, however there is everything that we need. We both drive and it is a good location, and transport links are very easily accessible. Having allocated parking and available visitors spaces is a big positive for us. We have not noticed any anti-social behaviour or problems with traffic noise. As the development is so high up, when we walk around the area we can hear traffic from the city below us, however we do not notice this noise when inside the property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

as of yet we have not needed to report any problems

The area is a lot quieter than I expected and this is a big positive.
