Good access to amenities Shops, supermarkets, schools, and healthcare facilities are usually within easy reach. Many areas also have independent businesses alongside larger chains.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive and professional when dealing with issues. Routine maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within a reasonable timeframe, and communication is clear throughout the process. For more urgent problems, the response has been quick and effective, which provides reassurance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There wasn’t anything significant that caught me off guard after moving in. The property and development have largely met my expectations based on what I saw beforehand, and overall the experience has been consistent with initial impressions.

Josh here no 2 Had no issues here atall, mo is great, happy here have had no problems Rent is slightly high but it’s no issue, seems to be a countrywide thing

Fixed quickly after reporting Thankfully not had any issues other then drains

Was quite new when I came here, did know what to expect No issues

I think it’s just the bin store which Muhammad has really been up and doing. Stones,it gets messed up and there was a time I had to take time to clean it. I will say a Camera should be fixed there to be able to check for those who don’t dispose off their waste correctly. The sight of a cctv alone will make people do the right thing

Immediately any problem is logged,it’s picked up immediately

Well,there are some network service providers which does not work here which may be cheaper than the one we have

The area is fine, there was a lot of anti-social behaviour in the beginning but that seems to be less so now. Otherwise it's fine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mixture of being ignored and being rectified. Often need to chase up problems as solutions don't come or are forgotten about. Sometimes we just don't report anymore as it's too much effort to just get ignored.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish the commitment to 'as new' was true, since this was false we felt misled.

Perfect place to live, i have had no problems living here and the bin collections are very speedy and clean

Very quick response to any problems I've had and great communication.

The bin collections are very easy to get use to as it's communal.
