Not a lot of shops around would have been perfect. Having more instructions on how to use the smart devices would have been great. Some times the street can get a little busy especially during school times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very easy to address problems and solve them thanks to the online system.

Amazing experience! Professional and no problems so far! Very convenient as it is local to shops, restaurants and train station and bus.

Very efficient and quick. They get back to us asap

They've been very good in terms of making me aware of all available facilities and amenities. They shown me around the house on the day of handing me over the key - which is appreciated.

Always taken my concerns as a priority and responded back to me the earliest they can. I would say within couple of hours if working days.

They've been very good in terms of making me aware of all available facilities and amenities. They shown me around the house on the day of handing me over the key - which is appreciated.

Good: Great transport links to the city and very many stores and a park close by Bad: Bin collections are very infrequent. In addition, there is only one bin for recyclables.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Turnaround time for fixing issues could be better. However, on various occasion the agent team has come around to physically view the issues which was helpful

Complicated video setup for entry door. Required a lot of trial and error to configure correctly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are really happy to have new built flats in ponders end area. we have been lived in this area for 13 years. So we moved in new built. We are happy with every thing so far. May be parking spaces can be more but building is countiuning. We will see soon. Transport is very easy to reach buses, train very closed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are really helpful. It is very easy to reach and connect to them.

Everything absolutely good. Perfect living area with flats and community area.
