Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No shops Building noise so loud Cars speeding Roads not finished Dust and mud constantly . Some noisy neighbours. No dog waste bins

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes eventually but work is still outstanding with no end in sight Our drive is not fit for purpose the house next door is over the boundary we can't get bins past purpose car or push chair this is unacceptable for the amount of rent we pay .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would not recommend these houses or the area Poorly constructed with no after care . The land they are built is a major issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of local amenities nearby and close to the m1 so can easily access a wide range of places. Parking on the street can be difficult at times as each home only has 2 spaces and some people do not use their drives which causes issues in moving around the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a problem with our fridge, we emailed the landlord as we couldn’t get the maintenance portal to work and they responded straight away and booked and engineer to come and take a look.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

New build homes can have snagging issues which we have found since moving in. As we do not own the property we do not mind but people should be aware that cracks and such will show up in the ceilings and joints of the home as it settles.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely place just residents lowing the tone. I pay a lot to llive here not to have council folk out side revving up cars shouting and screaming out in the street.

Im probably not talking to the right people because no one knows anything.

Just need someone around to tell us how things run work.

Parking availability good, quiet for the most part very local to shops and restaurants lots of transport links available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fix the issue the same day and if they’re not available to come the same day they will come in the next few days

I wish we could have viewed the layout of the property before moving in
