I have no complaints I’m loving it so far. Love my street parking is good but still getting use to the bin collections.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an alarm issue and they sent someone the next day.

There’s nothing I can think of everything to me was good.

It is very close to work and shopping areas like the Trafford Centre, there is enough parking for us and local supermarkets within a 20 minute commute by car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not the best our washing machine was broken from when we moved in and stop hasn’t been fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had more details on who the water bills were with and how to use the alarm. Never got a welcome pack or bag

Hi Rohan, Thank you for your honest and valuable feedback. We're pleased to hear that you are happy with your home and that you would recommend Simple Life, however, ew note that you didn't receive a welcome pack, which you should have done. Also, all manuals and information regarding utilities etc is available within the My Simple Life mobile app. Your washing machine should get fixed within a 30 day period. I will pass this review on to the maintenance team and hopefully they will be able to identify you based on the info given in your review - I will get them to check the timeline of your repair and also request that they get a welcome pack out to you.

Good Aspects: The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place for families or those seeking a calm environment. Bad Aspects: It has fair connectivity, with public transport links that make commuting a bit challenging. There is a lack of recreational facilities like cinemas or large shopping centers, which means traveling to neighboring towns for entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and quick to act, addressing issues efficiently and ensuring clear communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the challenges with public transport.

Local amenities are ok but public transport is limited to buses only. surrounding residents are not bad and usually don't cause any trouble.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Little bit on the slow side but usually gets the job done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ongoing building works can be a bit distracting, especially if you work from home but it's expected and there's nothing you can do.
