Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a beautiful setting that has a good community feeling to it. We were blessed to to new home that no one has stayed in was cleaned and very nice size room with a huge garden. There's nice shopping centre just short distance as well as schools and doctor surgery also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I'm going to let them know there few issues like patio doors was not opening and garden door was not shutting and I'm sure they will help us quickly.

Family oriental. Beautiful area. Lake near by good place for dog walkers School under your nose literally.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighborhood is nice. But since it’s a newly developed area it needs Countryside to support more as the facilities are not ready.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s quite slow. I’ve come in for two months but the radiator still hasn’t been fixed.

Check the facilities inside the home as there was no preview before move in

I have no complaints I’m loving it so far. Love my street parking is good but still getting use to the bin collections.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an alarm issue and they sent someone the next day.

There’s nothing I can think of everything to me was good.

It is very close to work and shopping areas like the Trafford Centre, there is enough parking for us and local supermarkets within a 20 minute commute by car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not the best our washing machine was broken from when we moved in and stop hasn’t been fixed

I wish I had more details on who the water bills were with and how to use the alarm. Never got a welcome pack or bag

Good Aspects: The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place for families or those seeking a calm environment. Bad Aspects: It has fair connectivity, with public transport links that make commuting a bit challenging. There is a lack of recreational facilities like cinemas or large shopping centers, which means traveling to neighboring towns for entertainment.

The building management has been responsive and quick to act, addressing issues efficiently and ensuring clear communication.

I wish I had known more about the challenges with public transport.
