Limited shops, but essentials are there. Some pubs in the close vicinity. Nice open spaces and nature in the surroundings. Public transport available. Limited parking availability. No traffic noise (only the occasional plane flying over), very quiet and tranquil neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always responded very promptly and efficiently on issues that we raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The app makes communication with the landlord very nice. Neighbours are friendly. Nice home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of shops within the area is brilliant for quick and easy convenient things. The nearest supermarket is a 10minute drive, there is a local fish and chip bar which is to die for. Bin collections are both efficient and easy, and no anti-social behaviour or noise pollution is apparent with it being in quite a secluded area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had an OVO energy bill that was here before we moved into the house that debt collectors were involved with, the team had told us that this issue had been sorted and it is yet to be sorted and we are still getting demanding letters to our door saying debt collectors will be coming.

Ensure to sort of WiFi before moving in and go with EE, in terms of service the connection is the strongest.
