Bloor is the most shockingly company I have ever come across. Once they have your money they do not car whether the house they have sold you is fit for purpose.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So many changes to staff that you never speak to the same person twice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The development is over grown and full of weeds.

I bought a property about 2 years ago and there was a massive leak. The company was carrying out the repair but a manager emailed and advised the work will be stopped in between and I will have to pay for the rest of the work. I explained her several times that the property was under warranty but she said the work was approved in error. I asked her contact details for the person above her to take it further but she never responded and left us in very messy situation.

Please consider other builders the quality of the material they use is not good.

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan kitchen , design. Location is ok. Until sales no issue at all but when it comes to repair worst company .
