Miller Homes 5* builder is no longer following the amount of negative reviews made to NHBC detailing the poorly built, managed and service provided by Miller Homes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. I would rather buy a home from a 5* builder not Miller Homes

How poor Miller Homes were. Service, quality of home, sales and customer care.

The house is in a great location that isn't to close to the main road but the customer service is not very good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They attended and have almost always tried to solve the problems by sending contractors very quickly.

We wish we had know the build quality and possible issues of the house.

Amazing to live in such a quiet development, situated in the middle of the city! Everything is so close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have contacted Miller about several snags. They have sorted all of them with no quibbling.

We love the house and have really enjoyed living here.

Excellent location at the end of a close, very little traffic noise. On the downside, right next to an outdoor sports complex with people swearing all the time whilst playing football etc. Not good for young children. Then floodlights light up my whole house until 10.30 pm each night

The opening times of the sports club at the end of my garden!

Have not purchased a new build, will never do so again.

This side of Gloucester is a great place to live with good transport links, being fairly quiet and issue free and Gloucester has come on greatly in terms of shops and places to eat over recent years. Not as much choice as Cheltenham etc but it never will have. Several supermarkets within 5-10 min drive. Very quiet being a dead end and enough distance from main roads to not hear much at all. Usual service such as no-weekly waste bin collection and weekly recyclables.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have only had a handful of minor issues and they have all been dealt with promptly and resolved to a good standard.

Having someone point out “additional virgin TV points” would have meant the router could have been basically anywhere in the house.
