We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design is to a high standard with luxury carpets and kitchen design. The kitchen has a lot of space and leaves room for a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is plenty of room for a dining table. The windows keep the heat in which means I never use the heating in summer. I have two full cupboard spaces in the one bedroom apartment which are brilliant for storage.

No problems as of yet Parking facilities could have been changed as not much space Gates to come In and out of the car park could be electronical as it’s a hassle when coming in and out Building work could have been done sooner as a lot of parking restrictions since moving in

The house is very cold. The garden is on a steep incline so for me to put a shed base down is impossible. I asked Liv if it can be arranged as we have no outside storage option. The grass is never gonna grow. It’s awful living on a building site. I was given the plans showing motorised gates for the parking area but I’ve been told by Liv it’s not true.

Design on the development is alright. It looks nice since it's new at the moment, but that's about it. The gates built to secure the courtyards are terrible, since they rely on people closing them manually. They can always be heard when opening/closing and if your house shares the same wall as the gate, then be prepared to feel the vibrations. The locks might as well not be there as people can just push the gates open. My courtyard is connected to another courtyard via a walkway, so if both sets of gates aren't closed, then how secure can it be? One of the neighbours had their motorbike stolen within a couple months of living here. I've also had people trying to walk into my back garden and someone came in whilst I was in the back garden to use my bins (FYI, that's still trespassing and you should take your rubbish home).
