Lots of great food and drink spots , close to shops , picturesque marina for walking and grabbing a coffee

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Raised an issue with dishwasher which took a few attempts to fix but staff were friendly and eventually resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Courtyard gates can be noisy at weekends, blinds not great for blocking out sunlight

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s so close to everything, it has very nice local restaurants albeit pretty expensive. It also is next to the canal which is nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been very timely with repairs and checks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent may increase without extra services and additions to living quality.

There are great local bars shops and restaurants, and the % off we get as MCR life tenants is a bonus. Bins collections are mostly good, there has been the odd occasion where one of the recycling bins will be missing for a while and it’ll cause build ups but for the most part this is fine. There is barely ever noise pollution, the one time there was someone playing loud music after midnight on a Sunday the concierge dealt with it promptly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once a ticket is raised someone comes to view your issue promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not sure if entirely relevant but we live on a corner flat, and the amount of light we get is great, and this wasn’t really something I thought about too much before hand.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sawmill court is such a great place to live. The convience of everything around you is great, its all walking distance! The area is really safe and i feel safe walking around when its dark. Its quiet and really freindly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! They have always responded with a helpful manner and quick service. They even check up on you after to ensure everything has been taken care of and is okay.

A tour of the building wouldve been great! Knowing the rules etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good restaurants and cafe vendors. Good access to public transport. Good placemaking designs. Quiet for city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficiently. We’ve had a few minor issues with the flat, it’s fair to say the building management team have been prompt and professional in dealing with these. Every issue has been resolved. We had a door lock change after a lost key, which I believe was a substantive price, considering I lost my key abroad, which adds a bit of context to the safety policy.

Price of parking would have been ideal beforehand.
