Mixed reviews but overall quite good

Was not aware between housing and owners and was not informed. So during summer it was very noisy and children were breaking things and certain facilities.
In summer it is hard to open the windows but then it’s very noisy.
In winter it is very warm really good insulation so electric bills are low.
Very friendly neighbours and quite pleasant.

my flat came unfurnished, so i had to decorate it myself.
i feel safe in my flat as there are many cameras.

Cheap could be better

Review Date Jul 2019

I like the fact it’s cheap for rent. It’s OK in terms of transport links.

Block smells, not very well looked after.

Worrying number of signs warning of crime, haven’t seen any actual crime.

Flats good size.

Handy local shop, not very cheap.

Some anti-social kids.

No chutes for rubbish, and rubbish area not secure.

Homely

My home Modern with High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. I personalised it by adding floor to ceiling wardrobes and artwork of my choice.
Unfortunately my home Is electric which I hate, id prefer gas.
Because of that it Does get very warm throughout the year indoors
I do feel safe in the area however I live on the bottom floor so I’m more susceptible to crime.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Likes
Good links
Many restaurants
Good schools

Dislikes
Gets really dark at night not many night street lights

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My home is electric therefore during a power cut I can’t use anything.

Not the best place in the area to live

Blocks are not very well kept at all, and the outside areas bad for rubbish. People are not very respectful.

Poorly made flats, kitchens badly installed.

Quite quiet flats, but either very cold or very hot, temp control very bad.

Kids causing noise and nuisance cos nothing better, but there’s no crime.

Just general annoyances, rubbish, unruly kids etc.

Nice property, easy access to tennis court

Review Date Jul 2019

The property and design are good. However, office management hours are not flexible as it is open only from, 9-5 during the week. As someone that works 9 to 5 it makes it really hard for me if I have a parcel to receive or any enquiry.

There are not many restaurants and bars around but there are places to go if you want to.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Easy Access to parks and tennis courtable. Good transport links. Travelling by car is also easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was not really anything I did not know before moving in. Fair service.

Nice area, no complaints

Review Date Jul 2019

Nice and quiet, more than most places in the area. Flat is well isolated from surroundings ie no noise from neighbours, well designed.

Nice areas around for the children. Good local shopping.

I like it very much.

Practical, decent, not lovely.

Transport pretty good, buses (best) and a small train stn. Parking is a nightmare if you don’t have residents parking.

Most of it is pretty decent, some older kids causing noise up to late evening and weekends. Apart from that it is set back from the road and pretty peaceful.

Practical, not lovely.

Estate reasonably well taken care of.

AFC Wimbledon due to move in 2020, 5 mins away and the renovation around that area will really improve things.

Nice and quiet area

Overall the property is nice. However the material they have used doesn’t seem like it is good quality and you can hear through the walls. There’s no outside noise. Close to the hospital.

There is not many restaurants but options exist. There is a co-op, waitrose and lidl near by.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The property is close to transport. There are many well maintained parks in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was not really anything I did not expect from what the agency told us.
