The street is quiet, there is no traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. There are plenty of amenities nearby, local shops, supermarkets, fast food, gym and tram stop with 5-10 minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with the washing machine not pumping water, someone came out the next day to fix it.

That you don’t have to go with the existing energy providers.

Apart from the roads being narrow, the development itself is quite satisfactory. The area offers a pleasant and comfortable living experience. Convenience stores, schools, public transport, and religious mosques are all within walking distance, which is a major advantage. The neighborhood feels well-connected and community-oriented, providing everyday essentials close by and making it an ideal place for families and individuals seeking both accessibility and a peaceful environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Very quickly. All issues have been addressed as soon as possible. So I am grateful in this aspect

Only thing that bothers me in the start was cleanliness of the property. They should have cleaned it before we moved and not after I addressed them.

Quiet area which is a plus and not a lot of foot traffic, the downside would be not any close parks or very close groceries stores

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have although we have had to raise them a few times to get a response. With sadly even having a leak issue within the first two weeks

The property walk and run through with the possibility to ask about local amenities and council tax band etc

Brilliant location. Everything is close by. Shops, Manchester city centre, motorway is literally down the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. Im still waiting for issues to be resolved. Flooring and leak in particular

Clean and tidy properties. Area is generally clean. Some neighbours can be inconsiderate with dog fouling, which no one seems to care about when reported.
