Absolutely abysmal company. After spending £500k on a new home, they completely ignore me, and the 400 items that need correcting (obvious things that we noticed, nothing small/not through a snagging company) despite speaking to the divisional manager and directors, and also the CEO. We’ve been in 8 months, and still can’t unpack. The company and their shareholders should be ashamed of themselves.
