The estate is well placed for the town centre and local amenities ie doctors, dentist, pub and supermarket.

Nothing happy with everything, experienced house buyers

What is the best feature of your home:

The appearance of are house is a country cottage, the doors in the kitchen to the gardeb

The location is great! Everywhere is close. The neighborhood is calm and safe.

There is a pond and a playground nearby. There is a lot of council house

What is the best feature of your home:

Sunny garden, home is very warm, 2 parking spaces.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I don't think there are any bad aspects of living here. I myself am not at all interested in spots that create a lot of traffic - like shops and restaurants, so I consider the fact that there aren't too many nearby a big positive. I don't know about public transportation as I don't use it. The big negative is probably that the Persimmon development residents, across the street from Rose Meadow, continously use the road as their private car-park, which is not the case on the Barratt side.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn't anything I didn't know before moving in - I collated information from the developer & online sources up to the level where I could build an accurate 3D model of the property before I set foot in it, and the only bit of advice I'd have to share is that with enough time, patience and thorough reading there won't be any surprises.

What is the best feature of your home:

I think the best feature is that the developer used good quality fixtures and fittings.

Great shops and transport links around the area. Very quiet area with a welcoming feel.

The garden size would be a benefit next time around.

Upgraded Kitchen is the key feature of the house with wide stairs and landing
